Wings, Sausage, Taters, and Catfish

Busy cooking day today. First up is making Yukon Gold potatoes with onions, garlic and butter. Wrapped in foil and put on Bolo.

The other photos speak for themselves. We really enjoyed the fish and taters for supper tonight.

Nice one, Poochie!

 

Would have loved to have seen how those wings came out, as I've never seen anyone skewer them like that before. I bet it helps crisp them up that way?

Yes it does. It exposes more skin to the fire and helps to render the fat under it. I've posted skewered wings one other time. Don't know if they were plated or not.
