I am doing a Boston Butt today just to give that a try since I have actually never cooked one in my entire life. Dad always did that. I have a border to finish, and now that I got the grill on there, I am going to actually move it and pour a small pad of concrete. It's just not right on the flag stone. We just extended our drive way too, now that all the trucks and equipment are finished ruining my driveway and surrounding area, I can start on building a metal table to surround my BB. I checked things to see where it stood.

Poochie
Looks good, Keep Up, but it's mandatory on here to show a "money shot" of your finished cook and tell us how tasty it was. I have a bronze metallic also in the 22" size
