Awesome buddy.   I can't wait until you see the difference in food taste.  

Most say it's not the grill... It's the cook. You wait and see and tell me what you think.  Non KK owners doubt us ...

@bosco - you said it, buddy! Like handing Jacques Pipin a cast iron skillet and a non-stick pan, then asking which one he'd rather use for making a fritatta. Tell me it's the cook and not the equipment then!

Looks tasty. Interesting sauce. I like using non standard flavor profiles.

Cheers ckreef the sauce is really good I like to try something different and see if it works out rather than the normal bbq sauce this one is really good on salad

Cheers bosco I've never subscribed to that theory. yes having great produce is a really good start but having the right tools is even better going from my oven and gasser to the kj was mind blowing the difference was the kj and hearing everyone talk about the KK at another level I can believe that plus I know you have had a few kjs

Love the bark on the ribs and the meat pulled back nicely from the bones.
