Things are looking good

If this really ended up in the Bermuda Triangle I will eventually resend it. The rubs and extras I threw in there I couldn't care less about but the ingredients to make 2 special salad dressings I really wanted you and Dee to try. Those were the hardest most expensive part of the box but that was really what the box was about.
We'll see what happens and I'll eventually reorder the ingredients from FL.

Speaking of salad dressings I found someone in Perth that has some summer breeze in stock .on a sad note I contacted my sister that I will not be coming to see her this year work has cancelled my holidays due to major events that they have secured spewing

Not coming to the states is sort of a bummer. Me and Mrs skreef had a few kewl adventures we were going to take you on. I was even going to buy an Australian flag and hang it on the flag pole just for you - LOL

That is totally awesome. I had basically given up and was going to look into an insurance claim this week. Almost as bad as Bosco's slow boat to Canada. Really glad it's going to finally make it. Maybe the weight of the box got it on the LA circuit compared to past boxes which went straight to Dubai.

The box is labeled which end you need to open. Also when making the peach dressing use 1/3 cup of the peach component not 1/4 cup. It'll taste more peachy.

Yay!!!

Today's installment of Purple Crack Cooking - Purple Crack Eggs in the Clouds.

Apparently this has become one of the "newest things" in cooking.

http://www.msn.com/en-us/foodanddrink/foodculture/cloud-eggs-arent-just-a-pretty-instagram-trend-—-theyre-delicious/ar-BBATtF8?li=BBgdrt0&ocid=spartandhp

I learned how to make these many years ago from a good friend's Italian mother. She called them "Bird's Nests" and served them on her toasted homemade bread.

Here's brekkie from this morning, and yes, that's my homemade bacon! Prepped, with a dusting of Purple Crack.

Out of the broiler. You just want to get a hint of color (colour) on the whites, but not let the yolks set too much.
