Monsoon rolls in the middle of my beef tenderloin cook

Maybe you should cook in a monsoon more often if you get results like that! 

No thanks I got hit with rain ️ and wind gusts of 60mph it wasn't fun so I waited till it hit 120 and pulled it and stuck them under the broiler for 3 mins each side. It was way to rainy and windy to take the top grate out and try to get the temp up. Still melted in your mouth and I'm ok with that

Glad the wind didn't make you loose your cook.. I can deal with more "normal" weather but wind. Never did like it. Growing up the wind sounded so scary. Great cook.

Yes it got crazy fast bent the palms over and even took out a few trees in the subdivision
