MacKenzie Posted July 9, 2017 Report Posted July 9, 2017 Picked up a couple of beef roasts yesterday to make some ground meat, Ready to rock and roll. Only about 4 pounds so used the Electrolux to grind. Grilled a portabella mushroom and topped it with a burger Added cheese and put it under the broiler, sides were potato wedges and caramelized onions and cooked tomatoes. 5 Quote

tony b Posted July 9, 2017 Report Posted July 9, 2017 So, I'm guessing that the wedges were done in the air fryer, but what about the tomatoes? Quote
MacKenzie Posted July 9, 2017 Author Report Posted July 9, 2017 Tony, you are right about the potatoes, the onions and tomatoes were done in a pan on the stove. Quote
tony b Posted July 9, 2017 Report Posted July 9, 2017 I know that you couldn't have done the onions in the air fryer, but was just curious about doing roasted tomatoes in it. Quote
MacKenzie Posted July 10, 2017 Author Report Posted July 10, 2017 That would be something to try, Tony, I know they were warm and nicely juicy.:) Quote
CeramicChef Posted July 10, 2017 Report Posted July 10, 2017 There's no ketchup to go with those fries and roasted tomatoes don't count! MacKenzie, that's a really beautiful plate of food. Now I'm hungry. Dadgummit! 1 Quote
