For the sizzle corn I grilled the ears with mayonnaise. I almost stopped at the grilled lobster stage but I had already defrosted the shrimp and the ABT'S weren't done yet. But I definitely though about stopping. Lots of different fillings to try. One of my favs is tiny shrimp (some markets called them "salad shrimp," with cream cheese and Old Bay seasoning. Chorizo and Queso Fresco are another great filling.
