tony b Posted January 7, 2018 Report Posted January 7, 2018 I've gotten to where I prefer to do chuck roasts instead of briskets, because the size is more aligned with what I need. Cook them just like in the vid (except for the burnt ends part). Sliced on a plate, you can tell the difference between the roast and brisket. 1

tony b Posted January 16, 2018 Report Posted January 16, 2018 Thanks, Aussie. It wasn't that expensive on Amazon when I got it ($75), but you can't get them anymore. It's my basic slicing knife now. A tad more work to keep sharp (it's only one-sided), but it's a nice knife. 1

I look at all these really nice knives and go how kewl (kewl dam you ckreef payback for chook lol) .but mine are so sharp and do the job .but I still want them lol Outback kamado Bar and Grill
