sfdrew28 Posted January 24, 2018 Report Posted January 24, 2018 Did a low n slow with applewood smoke. Used a Memphis bbq sauce and a mustard bbq sauce on the other half. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 6

Bruce Pearson Posted January 24, 2018 Report Posted January 24, 2018 Wow they look delicious! Are they baby back ribs?
Tyrus Posted January 24, 2018 Report Posted January 24, 2018 Look real moist and unusually meaty and that's a good thing. Enough there to feed an army as they say. Well done.
sfdrew28 Posted January 24, 2018 Author Report Posted January 24, 2018 Wow they look delicious! Are they baby back ribs? I usually buy pork from a local farm but the pigs must’ve been on a diet recently. Way too thin. I was in my local market which sells wagyu beef for relatively cheap prices and they had these Niemam Ranch extra meaty baby backs. I usually don’t care for baby backs and prefer St Louis but these really are meaty and flavorful enough that I’m a big fan. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 1
