ckreef Posted August 18, 2019 Report Posted August 18, 2019 That was a good video showing old school BBQ cooking. What I really liked was the fact she left it on the shoulder until you ordered. Fresh pulled pork doesn't get any fresher. I try and tell people all the time only pull what you're about to eat. Save the leftovers intact. It'll taste better fresh pulled.
Tyrus Posted August 18, 2019 Report Posted August 18, 2019 Good vid. I believe I saw this video a few years back of the same woman, same story line but with a few changes. If memory serves me...her husband would always start the fires for her before he went to work early in the morning just before the sun would rise. She carried on with smokey tears and waited on customers in both but in the older vid the customers were not the same. Funny, it's a new take on an older vid, maybe the older one is still around to find.
