I think that setup has my name all over it. Dennis what is the measurement of just the table top left to right, I can't find the measurement online. If needed can you make it smaller for me.

Bottoms up Tomahawk....

I was wondering if the wok would rest on the charcoal basket handles.
-
I was wondering if anyone has fitted their 23"KK with a wok. I did wok cooks on my BGE and I would like to try it on my KK.
-
If Dennis doesn't have any try this place http://www.pyrotubo.com/Tico.html. I have not tried them since they won't ship to Canada.

Great cook and I'm glad you enjoy the 19".

Nice cabinets. It looks like the big storage cabinet doubles as a smoking cabinet because it looks like it has a chimney.
-
Maybe the drivers cooking on it.
-
Great bunch of cooks here.

I came home from work today and I thought let me do the burn in on Dexter (sits to the right of the table) but I couldn't because it just looks so white and nice inside...maybe another day. In case you guys forgot what the inside looked like when you got your KK.

Thanks Benton...I think we are all guilty of staring at our KK's Red you won't be disappointed with whatever you decide. I had a stainless steel table for my BGE but Dennis' teak cabinets just leave you in awe. I knew I wanted a teak cabinet when I first saw the teak handles on the grill lifters.

@Poochie thanks. I'm waiting for the dual vent door for Sinister.
-
Thanks for the kind words everyone. I was right busy week three KK's got introduced.
-
Robert after every cook on Sinister (leftside) and before I put the cover on I clean and polish Sinister.

Well today is the day the KK and cabinet arrived. The KK and cabinet are well crated as always. I was unsure how the cabinet would be shipped. Would the cabinet be shipped Ikea style or Dennis style. Well it came Dennis style 100% fully assembled. So lets start with some pics. Got some help from my son the future owner of one of the KK'S The cabinet is stunning. I love teak wood. The stainless steel in the top is spectacular it makes the cabinet look even better. The cabinet top is thick and solid The top fits the curve of the KK perfect Look at that stainless The inside of the cabinet Without further ado let me introduce you to Dexter and Sinister. Dexter and Sinister are Latin for right ( Dexter ) and left ( Sinister ). These names are perfect. When I say I'm cooking on Dexter you know I'm cooking on the rightside of the table...lol. Dexter and Sinister The Sunbrella fabric covers All the toys...

Just do it Tony...why fight the force. The few times that you use it will make it worth it and what another accessory to the collection.

What a nice selection of food you have. I love that picture from the side. I hope you don't mind when I steal that pose.

Looks great from here. Did you find any difference in the dough.

@Poochie I used the foil pan as you would use the basket splitter. The chicken was getting half direct and half indirect heat. I placed the half moon basket splitter piece flat on the handles of the charcoal basket with three small spacers of fire brick for an air cushion for the pan to rest on.
