Tony how very very true LOL! but in my defense I did try using the weed burner to light my KK and it made a mess charcoal dust everywhere. My set up for lack of a better word has two speeds low and high, low doesn’t seen any better than my looflighter or heat gun. But high is scary it sounds like a nasa rocket taking off. I’m happy using the wax lighters,more to this old mans speed LOL.

Pequot, Dennis can make you a custom cabinet. He made this one for me. I asked him to make pull out shelves. Makes it very convenient.

Okay Mac did you make the cheese? You make your own flour and you make your own raviolis so cheese doesn’t sound like it would be much of a problem?
