Mac that last picture looks like something out of a magazine I bet it taste good too. I tried to salt crusted steak when I was young wasn't too impressed with it

Both of these cooks look wonderful. The KKers on this forum all seem to be master chefs to me. I now realize what I have missed all these years eating out. I have the equipment and the KK now I need to start learning how to cook. This forum has been a real eye opener and learning experience. 2017 will be my year to start KKing!!

I don't remember how much I paid to have my cold smoker delivered but I live in Fremont which is in between Oakland and San Jose California. I don't think is really too much money

He probably already has some in Carson City so the freight would be from Carson City to where you live

That meal looks so good I think I may have to give it a try. I love knives I have been collecting them for years. None of them have been kitchen knives though. I just bought a Victor Knox 8 inch chefs knife it was America's test kitchen's favorite so I thought I'd give it a try.

If I'm not mistaken those clamps will slide off the basket there's a little notch in the end that you can slide them off then you could put them in a 5 gallon bucket of that solution
