Got myself some tofuand pressed the liquid ourmixed up some Himalayan pink salt, mustard powder, ground sage, ground ginger, cinnamon and cayenne peppergave the tofu a good coating poked holes with a toothpick and sprinkled brown sugar over them then covered with cling wrap and put in the fridge til tomorrow. I then started on some home made apple sauce peeled and cored some applesadded thisand gave it a good stirone and a half hours later the Sauce is readystay tuned
