  7. Did a simple spatchcock chicken today. Turned out great. Chicken is definitely better on the KK!

  12. Hey Eddie, just wanted to thank you for your experiment. I put a brisket on last night before bed and decided to try the third hole on the right and 1/4 turn of the top vent. I checked it this morning at 6am and it was 226. Easy enough! Thanks again.
  13. I did three racks of ribs yesterday and went to put the cover on this morning and decided not to because it was still pretty warm. Looks like the temperatures are going to be really close. Top vent still at 1/4 turn for this test?
  14. Thanks Eddie. I’m sure different charcoals will yield slightly different results, but it is nice to know what to expect. I’ve always just used the left side but now I’ll have to try the right with the next low and slow.
