I smoked a chicken today with Leaddogs wine soaked wood chips. Man do those this smell good but see the pic, they sure do smoke a lot. Just kidding Leaddog, the chicken was really good though and I'm gonna be experimenting some more. I have to sneak the smoke chips in there cause my purdy thang don't like it too smokey. Here's a pic of the chicken after it'd been cooking for a while. Real tasty.

Well, I had planned to so a chicken with some of the wonderful smelling wine soaked wood that I got from LeadDog. But I had to work til about 1:30 and when I got home I started doing a few chores and before I knew it, it was 4:30 and I was getting pretty hungry...to late for the chicken. So I took out a couple of rib eyes and threw them in the micro wave on defrost for about 10 minutes as the KK started warming up. I have to believe the science is wrong...not even science. I'm certainly for being planet friendly, but have to follow the crowd that says the sun does what the sun wants. Re: Delivered Today It's really easy to move uncrated if you don't have any large hills or any steps. Just get a couple sheets of plywood and roll from on to the other over any soft earth. Then, of course, roll as needed on any floor type materials

Yep, it's a whole new world of backyard bbq when you go ceramic. I have welder gloves but a lot of folks use these cause they clean up nicely...unlike the leather welder gloves.

I doubt any of that stuff can stand the rigors of living outside with the solar rays and rain, sleet and snow. It was really meant for the less demanding applications...like in the house on your kitchen floor If you want grout sealer to remain on your grout I'd say reapply at least yearly, no matter how much you spend on the sealer.
