Nice, MacKenzie. Great minds. I did some Purple Crack eggs this morning, too, fried in the Red Palm Oil. Neat stuff, but a tad pricey.

You can tell by the colour that I used it to fry my egg.  I paid $12 for 444 ml, so less than 2C but a little goes a long way.

My jar was like $10 US for the same sized jar at the local health food store. 

Just wanted to experiment with it on the eggs. I'll stick to my go-to's of bacon grease or butter to fry my eggs. The palm oil is mainly for the air fryer, per MacKenzie's recommendation for frying/baking potatoes.

These are beef spares, and pork spares from my fathers farm in Mississippi. He raises and sells beef and pork to local markets, from conception to consumption. It's really great stuff!

Yeah Tony, it happens occasionally! The cook posting happens way less than the cooking though, I'm just lazy on picture taking.

Just thought a nice plate of homemade spaghetti would go with the garlic fingers I made yesterday. Ground up some wheat berries and made the spaghetti, topped with some dried tomatoes from last summer, mushrooms, fresh chives from the garden and a side of garlic fingers.

Sick, MacKenzie, just sick! Not only making the pasta, but grinding the grain to make the flour, too! DAH-HAMN!!!

@5698k - Roger that, Robert! Not only great cooks, but serious plating skills and professional grade photography! There's a reason we call it "food porn!"

You got that right, Tony, I ate so much I thought I had over done it and thought I might be sick but it tasted so good I didn't care. :) :smt077
