Everyday Misc Cooking Photos w/ details

I found a great place to buy fresh scallops, yippie. It is one to those trucks that sell out of the back at a local gas station. He gets the scallops from the fisher the night before.

I wish I had made tartar sauce, next time.

Am I seeing this right - you actually put the grilled pineapple slices (good call on the Pineapple Head, btw) on the burger?? I shouldn't be surprised, this coming from someone who puts beets on theirs - LOL! 

Love the pineapple head You have to start living tony some awesome combinations of flavours out there this burger was off the richicter scale lol

I should know better than to post pics directly after MacKenzie's cooking pics. Oh well...

Had some short ribs in the freezer that needed cooking. My growing nephews were in town so we ate them as an hors d'oeuvres.

Dressing- The taz peppers have turned the vinegar to a pink red colour. :)
