You can tell by the colour that I used it to fry my egg.  I paid $12 for 444 ml, so less than 2C but a little goes a long way.

My jar was like $10 US for the same sized jar at the local health food store. 

Just wanted to experiment with it on the eggs. I'll stick to my go-to's of bacon grease or butter to fry my eggs. The palm oil is mainly for the air fryer, per MacKenzie's recommendation for frying/baking potatoes.

Just thought a nice plate of homemade spaghetti would go with the garlic fingers I made yesterday. Ground up some wheat berries and made the spaghetti, topped with some dried tomatoes from last summer, mushrooms, fresh chives from the garden and a side of garlic fingers.

Sick, MacKenzie, just sick! Not only making the pasta, but grinding the grain to make the flour, too! DAH-HAMN!!!
