bosco Posted September 30, 2015 Report Posted September 30, 2015 Well I had to do my heritage cook today and I wanted to represent the Canuck land as best as I can. On the menu Bacon smoked with apple and glazed with fresh Canadian maple syrup. Smoked it for 3 hours at 225 on the joe Jr. Fresh hand cut russet potatoes. I tried to buy a potato slicer and they all sucked so I did it by hand. Added some st. Hubert's poutine gravy and fresh cheese curds. Without further adieu I present my concoction bosco's maple smoked bacon poutine 1
