Poochie
MacKenzie's rotisserie chicken made me want to do one too. But I have room for two, so why not. If you haven't done one on your rotisserie yet, you need to give it a try. Very moist and flavorful. Cooked at 375 and I added a little chunk of cherry wood to it. Took right at 2 hours since there was around 11lbs of chicken spinning.
MacKenzie
Poochie, now you have double the pleasure. I can see how moist your chicken was, it's great, fantastic. You will have lots of chicken for all the other cooks that can be done with roast chicken.

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk That's on a 21" Komodo. Not sure what the 32" is capable of, but I'll bet someone chimes in and let's you know. And PRippley, seasoning is salt, pepper, and some Cajun Power seasoning. skreef, you'll love the rotisserie. It's easy to clean up because not much sticks to it. Always a good idea to spray it with vegetable oil before putting the meat on it. I'm going to try a roast of some sort next. Maybe even some ribs. I totally agree and it also fits in the dishwasher, at least the 21inch rotisserie does.
