MacKenzie
ck, it sure is hard to beat a good lasagna, delicious and mouthwatering . Did you have a heat shield between your glass pan and the fire?
Rak
Mamas lasagne looks incredible! 2 questions: 1. Why cook it up high rather than on the main grate? 2. Could you share that recipe!? Rak

ckreef
ck, it sure is hard to beat a good lasagna, delicious and mouthwatering . Did you have a heat shield between your glass pan and the fire? I had my 16.5" double bottom drip pan as a heat diffuser down on the lump basket. I don't like using Pyrex because it's a pain to clean after being on the grill. Unfortunately I don't own a 9" x 13" ceramic pan yet but I will rectify that situation soon. Could you share that recipe!? Rak Up high - I wanted the biggest air gap as possible between the diffuser and bottom of the pan plus I got better radiated heat for the top by being up in the dome. Would have worked fine either way I'm sure. 30 minutes with a foil cover then about 15 minutes uncovered. Will post the recipe when I get a chance from home. ckreef
Another question, CI coated with ceramic or just ceramic Charles?I'm OK with just ceramic. Have some plain ceramic and some ceramic coated CI bakeware just none that were 13" x 9".
