It's a favorite around here and they disappear in a BIG hurry. I'll often do cream cheese with some finally diced Jalapeños mixed in. I'll also wrap the figs in thick sliced and peppered back. I saw some fresh figs last week at the grocery store and thats what gave me the idea. This week no fresh figs, I had to use dried figs. Reef's Bistro I absolutely LOVE stuffed figs. They are a wonderful taste especially with the counterpoint of the mildly tart taste of the cheese.
