MacKenzie Posted July 11, 2016 Report Share Posted July 11, 2016 This is a totally new adventure for me, thawed out a fillet of haddock, sprinkled with granulated garlic, pepper and a touch of cayenne then brushed with clarified butter and added a little lemon juice. On the grill at 350 F along with some SV potatoes that I put on about 15 mins before the fish. Baked for 25 mins. at 350F. Plated. Interior.
