MacKenzie Posted February 23, 2017 Report Posted February 23, 2017 It is a beautiful day so a good time to roll out the KK. Temp. around 325-350F and the fish was on for about 15 mins. Plated with some creamed potatoes and peas from last summer's garden. 3
tony b Posted February 23, 2017 Report Posted February 23, 2017 Nice. Did you make the tartare sauce? Great minds. I'm thawing out a piece of fish for dinner tonight - salmon in the sous vide. No KK tonight unfortunately, supposed to start raining around dinner time.
MacKenzie Posted February 23, 2017 Author Report Posted February 23, 2017 Thanks guys, yes whipped up the tarter sauce.
Steve M Posted February 24, 2017 Report Posted February 24, 2017 Looks great Mackenzie, those peas look like they just came out of the garden
MacKenzie Posted February 24, 2017 Author Report Posted February 24, 2017 Thanks everyone and Steve those peas do taste garden fresh.
ckreef Posted February 24, 2017 Report Posted February 24, 2017 @MacKenzie delicious looking fish dinner. I believe you've become a fish convert. I remember the day, not too long ago, when you said you really didn't like fish - now look at you.
MacKenzie Posted February 24, 2017 Author Report Posted February 24, 2017 Ha, ck, I wouldn't say I was a convert. It isn't a totally nice experience for me. I am still working on it. 1
