Thanks Mac. I need to up this. I'm thinking it needs a really sweet, chewey bark. I mixed some sauce and honey, but that didn't do the job.

Great cook love pork belly I've tried the burnt ends they are nice but I'm with you the beef ones are better

I actually prefer pork burnt ends to beef brisket burnt ends. I think because I like sweet on pork but not so much on beef
