Aussie Ora Posted October 14, 2017 Report Posted October 14, 2017 Got a collar butt /pork neck this is my preffered cut for pulled pork all meat no bone I mixed up some of this . with some apple sauce and bourbon got it right this time lol and injected it .then thinking about ckreefs mopping I decided to mop it with some kakadu plum sprinkle it with pepper berry and Himalayan rock salt .on it goes over peach .1st mop in stay tuned lol.
