What was in the marinade, Aussie? Looks great on the back end! 
I mixed up some evvo with some lemon and lime juice bit of brown sugar purple Crack and some outback spirt lemon myrtle coconut chilli sause with a dash of garlic powder

Certainly looks good, was that towards the rare side, unsure of the pic. 
Was a bit rarer than I usually do but melt in the mouth .not may speck shots from me I just use my tablet lol

Interesting mash-up of stuff in the marinade. How strong was the coconut flavor? That's the outlier for me in the profile. 
You will get to try that very shortly lol .and I do like to put a twist on things but they all blend well I use a very scientific procedure during my mixing process. Other wise known as the finger taste test

Hey Aussie, if you haven’t yet then try some meat from Troy Hepple, he’s started supplying the bbq teams here in Perth and his meat is amazing quality.

Yeah been there the lost butcher behind dominos thanks for the heads up nice meat for sure. I live south not far from Raymond .at warnbro quality meats. It's good to see some butchers coming to the party
