Tyrus Posted January 26, 2019 Report Posted January 26, 2019 Thats so they don't jump off halfway through the cook. Great job ED, nice and meaty. Happened to do two racks last night myself with a rump roast. Pulled the rump early at the med-rare point and let the ribs ride. Next thing I know, I'm in bed and I remember the ribs. Alls well that ends well, no where close to meaty ribs you had but these were a cook for the puppies. Yep, they eat ribs too 1 3
