Happened to do two racks last night myself with a rump roast. Pulled the rump early at the med-rare point and let the ribs ride. Next thing I know, I'm in bed and I remember the ribs. Alls well that ends well, no where close to meaty ribs you had but these were a cook for the puppies. Yep, they eat ribs too 1 3 Quote
