I was shooting a baseball game yesterday and someone somewhere within nose shot of the field was smoking a brisket. It smelled amazing, first thing I did when I got home was go through the freezer and I found a bag with a few slices of my last brisket, oh did I need that lol2 points

a 4 pizze alfa would be ideal if you are looking for wood burning. it's actually bigger than my brio but smaller than the allegro. if space and permanence is not an issue, i would go for a full refractory pizza oven. i only got the alfa because it was the maximum weight and size i could manage to hand carry up stairs. same reason i got a 19 TT, can't bring any bigger up the roof..2 points

Are you burning oak in it? I'm pretty sure I'd get the wood burning version of a pizza over too. The one David bought has the room I want in one. I need to look up the Allegro too. So many toys to admire.1 point

Cool. @Braai-Q got me onto these. He called them the KK quality pizza oven and has the 5 minuti. I just got the Allegro and am learning to use it. It's wood only so I am hoping that we don't end up with a wood fire ban any time soon! P.S. Your cooks are inspiring!1 point
