Wanabxtrm, I totally understand the, dilemma. It is hard to believe everything we write about how great the KK is. I can assure you there is no exaggeration, it is stunning, over engineered and even when you see one in person you will still be amazed. The food moves to the next level for flavour. When you contact Dennis you will have an unpressured experience and receive expert helpful and honest advice. That's what I got.

I pretty much do a Pequod mentioned although I just feed my starter with regular bread flour and water. 100g starter + 100g bread flour + 100g water.

TIP - Best to make sure that the fruit trees have not been sprayed with any poison if you are using the trimmings for smoking food.

Did more garden work this morning, it was perfect weather, sunny but with cold breeze, bug free, it was wonderful even if I was wearing my winter jacket. You just know what's for lunch, thinking of you, Bruce.

I planned this for yesterday but I was exhausted after staining my deck I went to the freezer for precooked chili. So, today was the day I've been waiting for this repeat meal, loaded cheese burger with airfried chips. Plated.
