You win, Syzygies, that is a true addiction. BTW Dualit makes a 2 slice toaster without bells and whistles except for a mechanical timer, it doesn't pop up, there is no fireworks to say things are toasted but the best news is that if an element goes bad, they supply one that the owner can easily change. All day my normal page open when I tried to get on the forum and things worked fine then just before going to bed when I wanted to view the forum Dennis's page opened up and it was long before I gr8 the error message.

Here is the page that has been popping up recently when I first try to get on the forum- Sure enough when this page opened up it wasn't too long before the error page showed up. So now I know when the opens up at the start of my session I could be in for trouble.

Better start saving CK.

I have not had it happen today but for the past quite some time the sign in page was different, it always had Dennis's posts on it instead of my usual page. I see today that my usual page is back. It is this one- Then my info automatically gets filled in and I'm off and running.

I had some previously KKed meatballs that needed to be eaten so let's make Cacio e Pepe. Used home ground flour to make whole wheat pasta and off we go. You can't really see it in this pix but there is a full teaspoon of Burlap & Barrel Zanzibar pepper on this plate. It was awesome, perfect amount of pepper for a hot feel in the mouth but not too hot.

I get this almost everyday and very often more than once. It is really frustrating!!!!!

@ Jon, yes, it is all Gracoman's fault. It was gooood and thank goodness there is still more for another day.

The other day I caramelized a batch of onions in the slow cooker, just sliced up onions, nothing else, set on low for 24 hours stirring once and a while when I came into the kitchen. Made a big batch of onion soup and here's lunch. I decided to put a little chili pepper on just for fun.:)

This dinner made with leftovers hit the spot. Creamed potatoes, corn from the freezer and half a cheese and jalapeno pepper sausage along with micro green from the kitchen window sill, sprinkles of pepper and smoked paprika.

Nice looking wings, great colour, Aussie.

It is not nearly as bad as you imagine but do start early in the day.[emoji4]

Well I'll be Tony, I thought it was corn in a cream sauce. It did get me to take out some of my frozen corn so that was good. I liked the look of your chicken dinner and the pasta is looking very tasty. I hope you're not going to say it was really spaghetti squash.

That was a wonderful first cook, it would be a wonderful 100th cook.

We are having snow followed by rain, it's not nice but dinner was nice. I saw that corn on Tony's plate and thought it would be good on mine too. Those are micro green I have growing on my window sill, one way to rush the garden season.
