  1. I sure would like to try those beers and today would have been perfect. It is International Beer Day. One of the best things to cook on the KK is a burger of any sort but the beer can burger goes to the next level.[emoji41]

  7. After a successful dental check up a tasty dinner was required. Some spicy cheese sausages on the OctoForks in the KK grill. Sides of fried potatoes, yellow beans, onions and sauerkraut.
  8. I never had sauerkraut until this weekend and it was extra tasty so when I got back home I had to look it up and do a batch. It really should sit in the fridge for longer but I can't wait.
  9. Your focacci di Recco sure looks tasty and the colour looks perfect, Syzygies. I hope you are as happy with your KK stone as I am with mine.

  15. Everything looks better when the carafe is empty and the belly is full. Fabulous meal, everything looks outstanding.

  18. @ Tony, you are weeks ahead of me, nothing beats fresh sweet corn, it is to die for way better than my beans dish.

  20. Oh my goodness, Tony you are killing. You are weeks ahead of us. I'm with you on the sweet corn it is to die for when fresh. I suffered thru another pizza, finished off the dough I started last Fri. It is just coming off the KK. It has a hole in it.
  21. It's July and in Nova Scotia it is yellow bean season. I look forward to many breakfasts of fried potatoes, onions and yellow beans. These were just picked cooked and now for the frying in ghee or butter. Don't forget to add lots of pepper. I could eat this until it is coming out my ears.
