  1. Wilbur, I like all the dishes you came up with.
  2. One of our favorites and you have certainly done it justice (like always). Great cook, I would love a taste.
  3. Yea, don't ya think it would have fit and elevated the presentation better than the music they selected? However, you probably have to pay a royalty to use Bolero. Regardless it was killer and the food looks amazing, I want to go there.

    First Brisket

That is one wonderful looking brisket, great smoke ring. Looks tender, but not over done, excellent cook. Kudos!
  5. Tony, I never heard of this, but after a little research, and seeing your post and pics, I believe I will have to purchase a package of the marinade, and give it a try. P.S. Love the "winner, winner, chicken dinner"
  6. MacKenzie — I think that wood stove in your sun room will come in real handy. That was some winter! The last winter that was that intense for us, here in Illinois, was 2011, although the last couple of years we have had more than our fair share of snow. However by the look of those pics you get it a lot worse than we do.
  7. I agree everything looks perfect. For the video, I would have used a segment of Ravel's Bolero.
  8. Very nice looking sandwich.

    Beef Tenderloin

    Great looking meal.
  10. I agree this is a good way to cook risotto. Pressure cookers are awesome tools.
  11. Looks good, let us know what you think of the CoffeeChar.
  12. This looks absolutely stunning and delicious. Great cook!
  13. Sounds like one righteous bowl of chili to go with that very nice wine.
