  2. Looking good nicecook. I’ve never seen potatoes like that, interesting. Did you cook them first? I can’t imagine smashing a raw potato you would have to use a sledge hammer lol. Your plated pi looks delicious.
  3. They reduce flare up,easy to clean just pop them into the dish washer. They also keep small things like veggies from falling thru the grates. They are made of silicon and can take high temps, and are non stick

  5. Tyrus I also received a set of two grill mats for Christmas. Haven’t used them yet though. I’ll post pictures when I do.

  16. Thanks Mac I haven’t sliced into it yet. My daughter and her mom are on theyre over to visit the kitties before they leave for Hawaii for 3 months. I’m letting the rib roust rest.

  19. Well I took the prime rib out;the temp probe said it was 135 but when I took the temp with thermopin it said 90 so back in it goes. I’ll let you know when it’s done
  20. Mac does that bacon need to be cooked or just heated up? By the way it looks delicious make a great BLT
  21. I just put on a prime rib. Rubbed with salt pepper and dizzy dust. I was going to rotisserie the prime rib but when I want to put my rotisserie set up together it didn’t work! I thought I had it all figured out but I guess I didn’t. Oh well another time. I’ll post some finished pics when it done. I used Jack Daniels charcoal with wood chips from Jack Daniels whiskey barrels for smoke hope it turns out good. I’ll let you know
