Good stuff. I really like their Blackened Redfish and Hickory rubs. Hickory on ribs/chicken and BBQ shrimp with the blackened redfish.

I'm with you there. I see folks having a picnic with mayo based slaw sitting in the sun for hours and think my goodness that must be awful. Vinegar based slaw for me thanks!

He does like BBQ! He knows the woodstove is hot and his dad's stick burner is hot then there's my KK which he thinks is great because he can touch it!

I guess I'll try 170 next time. I've pulled them before at 160 and they were great. Must have just gotten lucky.
