I'm with you there. I see folks having a picnic with mayo based slaw sitting in the sun for hours and think my goodness that must be awful. Vinegar based slaw for me thanks!
If it were me I'd be outside all day admiring those beauties! They look really nice. Man you'll be able to put out the food off those two! Spectacular!
Aussie's pork roast looked so good I had to do one myself. Came out awful!! Tough as nails. I'm not sure if I did something wrong or if it was just a tough piece of meat. In the KK at 325 to an IT of 160 and rested for about an hour. The artichoke was tough also. Crappy meal all the way around.
