  1. Yes, the Kitty Condo association approved the remodel. That's kinda cold man
  2. Don't trace too far back, you may find you are related to Curly! When I saw his avatar I thought that same thing
  3. Oh, I love this..."Deletion of this post will fuel suspicion that I am the victim of something more sinister than mere ineptitude." Somehow, they seem to have gotten over that worry
  4. I think he moved from a #5 to a #9...moving up in grill size. He may have got Cozy's #9
  5. Moving on up, to east Texas, to a deluxe Komodo in the sky.

    Cooking salmon

There ya go, people cook salmon successfully low-n-slow, medium, and high heat. Ya can't miss on these cookers.

    Cooking salmon

I used to cook a lot of salmon. I'd do them at high temp just like a steak. They were about 1 in thick. Like DJ says, no hard-n-fast times. But they were about 4 minutes a side with a similar dwell...at around 600-700 degress. They were great blackened salmon.
  8. We are keeping Tiger. We decided that there are hundreds of kitties around here...if they really want a kitty we'll find em one. But they ain't getting Tiger. Here's the tri-plex, it was a duplex until Tiger came along. Only Tiger and Licorice are there right now, Hershey is gone. Hershey was wild and still can't get used to a dog, Licorice and Tiger ain't scared of Chubby. Licorice is on top. Looks like my daughter has some more artwork to do. Tiger is the smallest so she'll get the top bunk, Licorice will have to move to the middle and Hershey will have the bottom.
  9. So much meat, so little time. Nice review.
  10. Got mine yesterday and plugged the solid one in, fit's like a glove.
  11. That's a great idea Trish, great music soothes the angry beast, I'm sure by the same token, great BBQ soothes the angry breast.
  12. Yeah, vinegar for pull...the only way to go. I like the sweet stuff on ribs though. Here's a really good store bought brand of vinegar sauce. http://www.2brothersbrand.com/index.php
  13. I hope you don't mean steak and vegemite
  14. You may could sell it for $200-300...if you had no conscious But to handle quickies while the big one cooks a low-n-slow, you can't buy anything else at that price. Makes sense to keep it
  15. Yep, I tested that and it works (the delete). Guess I could have deleted the 2nd one. 10 degress huh...not much difference, good. I didn't think there should be much on an indirect low-n-slow.
  16. It's called sympathy tile loss. Very similar to sympathy weight gain when a woman starts to get larger with child, and so does the hubby. Of course, if the hubby has just recently bgt a KK it could just be coincidental
  17. So, what's gonna happen to the "light colored" one? And also, what was the diff in your temps between the top of the dome and at the grill level.
  18. Make sure there are pics, you know how tough this crowd can be
  19. Nice, now we'll find out if the lady really cooks or if she just likes nice stuff
