Tri Tip Roasts I always cook them at 350-400 for one to 1.5 hours... depending on size... and they always come out wonderful.

In Firefox options under Content, try unchecking "Enable Java", but leave "javascript" checked. Also, try going to Java options under your control panel and turning off "load java console" (under the advanced tab). It worked for me... and couple other folks.

I browned the chicken in a skillet. I just did all the baking on the K. Enough to infuse it with a good smokiness. No, you will have to eat your peas, or it's off to sleep without your supper. Sorry, house rules.
