My fav stuffings are: breakfast sausage (par cooked), red pepper flakes, and cream cheese; chorizo, onions, and Monterey Jack; baby shrimp, Old Bay, and cream cheese; classic - beef stick, cream cheese, and Sriracha. Usually rub the bacon in Dizzy Dust.

I have the Dark Autumn Nebula and the striking feature in the tiles (I don't think it comes in pebble) is the gold flake. Yes, it's got actual gold flakes in it. When the sun hits it, it's brilliant!

It's a clone (copycat) recipe of a cult West Coast IPA called Pliny the Elder made by Russian River. Bride's favorite beer. Well, back to the brew room, coming up on my next hop addition - #2 of 5.

6% is a "regular beer" around here. You want to talk "high test," you need to go a lot higher than that! Hell, I just made an Imperial IPA that was 10.4% ABV (alcohol by volume). If you REALLY want to get serious, we'll start talking Russian Imperial Stouts and Barleywines in the 12% - 14% range!!!
