Aussie's pork roast looked so good I had to do one myself. Came out awful!! Tough as nails. I'm not sure if I did something wrong or if it was just a tough piece of meat. In the KK at 325 to an IT of 160 and rested for about an hour. The artichoke was tough also. Crappy meal all the way around.

He knows the woodstove is hot and his dad's stick burner is hot then there's my KK which he thinks is great because he can touch it!
