tinyfish
For dinner tonight I cooked some chicken breasts stuffed with cheese, mushrooms, onion, garlic and sun dried tomatoes. I cooked the mushroom mixture with some white wine. The chicken is flattened then I added some ham, cheese, mushrooms mixture and rolled them up. I cooked them indirect at 375f with some hassleback potatoes. The potatoes took about an hour and the chicken 40 mins. Dinner is served...

CeramicChef
+1^! Tony, missionaries catch a lot of arrows, most of them in the back! I'll learn from my adventuresome compatriots and look like a genius at home. I have a lot of references to the contrary!
