Poochie Posted November 11, 2015 Report Posted November 11, 2015 I cut a typical pork loin to "unwrap" it and then put a layer of yogurt, basil and rosemary inside. Rolled it and tied it with butcher's twine. The veggies are taters, carrots, red onion and garlic with a sprinkle of basil, sea salt and pepper. A little olive oil was added too. No money shot but the it came out very tasty! Cooked at around 275 with pecan wood for flavor. Carrots wanted to stick to the bottom of the pan, but it actually added a sweet flavor to them. More like a candied flavor. Quote
