Howdy KKers -

I've seen so many really wonderful cooks documented by Wilbur, MavKenzie, ckreef, and a whole host of others that I've got to post a few of my meager cooks.  I've done all these since I returned from my various trips.  I'm not much on verbiage, I'll just let the pics speak for themselves.  it may take a few posts to get all this in, but ...

It all looks amazing thanks for sharing

Thank you, @Stile88.  As I've always said, a KK makes me a better cook than I really am.  If I manage to stay out of the way long enough, these KKs I have sitting on my patio can do amazing things.

I don't know about anyone else but I'm feeling like I was cheated, all I've seen posted so far are awesome and delicious looking cooks. I am still waiting for what was promised-  meager cooks. :smt077

Wonderful stuff CC.:) :smt023 :smt023 :drinkers:

Fantastic cooks and pictures.

I remember the day you talked about not knowing how to post pictures. You came a long way from those days.

@MacKenzie- those ARE meager cooks compared to the eye candy you put up here.

Thanks for the kind words!

Thanks, Charles, for the compliment.  I appreciate it greatly, especially after seeing what you post on a regular basis! :)

And as for posting pics, well, I was not so completely helpless as I let on.  I was, after all the first B-School prof to use a supercomputer in my work.  I have been using computers since 1972!  I just hate all the fallderall.

That will be our little secret, okay!?

CC, I was not just being kind, I was being truthful, except for the part about "being cheated":)

I can give you hotdogs, burgers, and such if you want! ;)

But then you will be angry with me for making you look at the merely pedantic. :)

Ken, those are fantastic cooks you've prepared.  I may just have to make my way down to Oklahoma.  You even baked some fine looking cookies.

Ken,  Wonderful cooks and pictures........you have been busy.

I do have to say your statement above (in bold & underlined) made me smile.....you are one of the most eloquent forum members on all of the BBQ sites you participate on.......stop being so modest and brag a little about your great cooks!!!!!!!  :)

Thanks for sharing!!!!!

JonB - now you're making me blush!  Thanks for the compliment.  I can't carry water for Wilbur or ckreef when it comes to verbiage.  Those guys are wordsmiths and photographers extraordinaire!

You used that word “meager”. I’m not sure it means what you think it means. ^_^

All those cooks look terrific! You said you’re not one for verbiage (ha! ^_^ ), but could you share the details about your stuffed pork chops? The main thing I’m interested is what you did for the stuffing, and whether you cooked the stuffing and pork chop separately, or stuffed the pork chops and cooked the whole thing at once.
