Aussie Ora Posted September 5, 2016 Report Posted September 5, 2016 Tried my first reverse sear added some citrus salt and pepperI foiled the bottom grate to act as a deflector and lit the lump on the rightready to rest whilst bringing Ora up to 550f took the foil off and on they go for the searanother restand plated with some veggies Outback Kamado Bar and Grill 2 Quote
