Aussie Ora
Got home earlier today and was excited to try out one of the rubs ckreef sent me. I got home late last night so dee done some rump steaks on the stove with the twisted Q magic mojo tasted awesome the hints of coconut and lemon definitely a keeper got some thighs that's when dee said what rub are we going to try I shuffled them up put a tea towel over them and said where your finger lands lol and the winner is gave them a brush of evoo and a coatingplaced them in the basket I had Ora sitting just under 400f and on they go I decided to throw on a chunk of pear wood from my limited experience I have found that it has a mellow subtle tasteafter 45 min I had a gander and ready check out the colour Just before tenting and served with some vegies and chipsthis rub tasted awesome Outback Kamado Bar and Grill
ckreef
Great looking thigh dinner. That's another good one. I knew you had talked about peach rubs before so when I saw that I scooped up a bottle for both of us. Was a pleasant surprise for me.

tony b
Thanks, Charles (he said sarcastically), all I need is another BBQ rub fix for my addiction! But I had to laugh at the label on the Char Crust packages - "Seals in the Juices"

I'm going to go back to that store this weekend and take a closer look at what they have.
