Lamb ribs

Got hold of a couple today not the biggest ribs on the planet but the taste makes up for it lol ce8cb026a49a25c552c4e2a0c8d69480.jpggave them a trim6e2fdb22180c1005b77dfd97b2880b8a.jpgfor some unknown reason I was feeling adventures so I gave the bottom some Dizzy Pig IPAeb1e50c7d00d6033152680bb847b0892.jpgfor the top I combined some thyme,rosemary and oregano536a6f6645796d69e8a978f5fe7b409d.jpgadded some evoo,paprika salt and pepper (Tasmanian pepper salt),garlic powder and ginger with some soy sauce00fc74cbb5b8f6f770a1f2f0d38e49ac.jpgstirred it into a paste I was a bit short but not by much549d67c4c654b7efedbb8f0a38cb2b64.jpgand on they go with some peach wood cd576c55b6487a2c1da48b9b78d7a2aa.jpgit's hot again down here 40c so will let these cruise along Dee has made a salad but won't tell me what's in it lol

I don't believe I have ever had lamb ribs. I'll be in the lookout for them, awesome dinner!

Like I said not as meaty as pork and beef but taste great you just have to cut off the hard fat

Cheers Steve that's right I forgot all about it . was actually blended well with the paste I put on top I will be snacking on chilies before you know it lol
