Mmmmmmmm. Melty, cheesy, delicious. Love it!

Made my first fatties last year. Bacon cheeseburger and a Mediterranean made with ground lamb, stuffed with feta, mixed olives, sun dried tomatoes and artichokes. The Med was the bomb.

Details when available please. I like to experiment, but have experienced varied results. Thumbs up - peach, red wine cask staves, bourbon cask staves. Thumbs down - maple, mahogany, grape wood. Just my opinion based on my palette.

I don't have a KJ and don't spend time on the site, but the red immediately made me think of that brand. I would go with something that demonstrated the tile or pebble texture. From a visual standpoint, that is what makes KKs unique.
