  1. If you don't mind let's check out a picture of your out front living/dining area. Got to know what to look for when cruising through your neighborhood - LOL
  2. Aussie Ora is the lamb whisperer.
  3. Nice grill marks. Love the idea to undercook the steak for leftovers.
  4. I would want a slice for trick or treat not candy.
  5. Call Dennis I believe they are now available.
  6. That is the making of pig candy with dark chocolate and blood coconut. The other picture is Prosciutto bags filled with sweet apple, corn chutney. My scarey challenge cook just not really pleased with the pictures.
  7. I was waiting for that - LOL
  8. I'll be honest if I do a crawl I want to do a worldwide KK crawl. Guaranteed to be the best eating trip of ones life.

    Tri tip cook

    Nice tri tip cook.
  11. Outstanding entry. I'm hiding in the closet now.
  12. Fantastic cook. Very creative. Should start my cook as soon as I wake up a bit more - LOL
  13. TY MacKenzie - this was a very flavorful meal with each component a different but complimentary taste. Very pleased with this throw together at the last minute meal.
  14. Cook number 13. I had to work today until noon. Noon turned into 5 pm. Speed challenge will have to wait until tomorrow. Looked around and threw this together. Red Apple Balsamic/Pineapple Head brussel sprouts. Insane Steak/Lime steak bites. Lime Vinaigrette shrimp. With the shrimp dipped in Kakadu Plum Sweet Chili sauce. Awesome Australian sauce.
  15. My son of course. Heck me and Mrs skreef didn't even finish our steaks. The leftover steak is part of tonight's meal. Best thing about md rare steak is if there is any leftover you can heat it again without totally killing it .
  16. Great chicken spin meal. Really glad my crappy local grocery store sells good free range birds. Not fresh but still good birds. About the only thing decent in the entire store.
  17. This is my picture cheater thread. Post a couple of pictures and not have to do a full money shot. The lazy man's thread.
  18. I use my 16" diffuser stone in both my 16" and 19". Like MacKenzie pointed out the distance is much shorter. (and I dropped my 19" diffuser on uneven ground and broke it in half. My bad) I also use my 16" double bottom drip pan in both the 16" and 19". Dennis owes me a 19" double bottom drip pan. He keeps trying to ship it to me. I keep telling him not to worry about it until I order something else then he can just add it to that order. I'm not worried.
  19. Cook number 12.
  20. Looking good so far. Glad to see you cooking and enjoying the KK. Probably keeps your mind off other issues.
  21. Here are the directions. I really want to email McCormick's Australian Division and ask them what the hell they were thinking.
  22. Cook number 11. I started with some mac-n-cheese. I pulled the mac-n-cheese then cranked the vents open and cooked a few burgers . I used the Classic All Star burger seasoning from McCormick's Australian Division. Great tasting burger. I used the seasoning but I did not follow the directions on the packet which has you add bread crumbs and an egg. That would have made it a meatloaf patty. @Aussie Ora I know you don't but I hope other Australian's don't think we put bread crumbs and egg in our burgers.
  23. 19" TT KK 16" TT KK 13" Akorn Jr portable kamado Outdoor propane wok. Blackstone propane pizza oven Small table top Yakatori grill - the funest grill I own - maybe one day I'll talk @DennisLinkletter into building a md/LG Komodo Yakatori - a perfect compliment to the Komodo Kamado line.
  24. It'll be no different in the KK. Once the deflector is heat soaked it's really hot.
  25. I don't know - I just can't do anything with a MJ theme.
